On the Ocean coast, at the far end of the Médoc, discover the CHM, a magical naturist domain with almost 500 acres of pine-wood. Those in search of authenticity will be enchanted by the two kilometre naturist beach in the heart of an exceptional nature.
When you get to the CHM, our receptionists will hand you a guidebook with all the entertaining activities and shows that will set the rhythm of your holidays.
Once a month in July and August a garage sale is held in the commercial centre. You won’t believe your eyes what you might find there: books, toys, lamps, board games… “Are you sure it’s complete?” and even things you don’t need, but a sweet pleasure to fumble! Come and bargain the price of your souvenir from the CHM!
The three naturist clubs of the CHM (CSBCA, NACA and CLN) offer a good range of activities the whole summer through: tennis tournaments, darts competition, petanque competition, jamobon weighing and last but not least the famous “lancer de pignes” (pine cones throwing). Watch out now, the record of 42.50 m is yet to be beaten!
Once in summer, the life guards of the Médoc area gather for a special contest. They form teams of three and compete in a relay race that starts with paddling (on their knees on a board), then running and ending with swimming with a life buoy. If you want to see handsome boys, this is your chance, do not miss this competition!
The cinema Oboulaba, next to the craft Village, is part of the CHM history. We have some original programming: comedies, adventure films, drama and cartoons, movie lovers will enjoy this. The first to arrive will sit on wooden benches while others come with their own folding chair. Here it goes, you can hear the music, the lights are going out… and the film is starting...
As the night falls and you still have energy left, hit the dance floor of one of the establishments in the commercial centre or next to the aqua park. You will most surely find your kind of music.
