Cultural and craft activities

It is very nice to balance sport and rest with cultural and craft activities. Your holidays are not enough to satisfy your desires and passions. Most of the activities are free; some others require a small fee. Do, please, contact us for more information.

Music :

Music plays an important role in the leisure programme of the CHM. It soothes tensions, lulls our memories and gets people together. Various music concerts and song recitals of our choir are organised throughout the season in the Hexagone, on the Commercial Centre stage and somewhat odd places like the beach. Oh the joys of emotions.

Dances & rhythms :

The CHM, is also the expression of the body with different dance workshops: ballroom dancing, salsa, cha cha cha, contemporary dance, African dance, country and djembe.

Library :

Our library offers more than 20 000 books, from comics to the latest summer novel. Each season, more than 500 new books are added to the shelves of our library, for the great pleasure of the readers. So, no more hesitation, come and choose the book that will keep you company during your stay.

Tarot :

Every Friday evening, card game lovers meet up in the Astra room where friendship and coming together is just as important as the stakes of the games.

Cinema :

Three times a week in high season, you will enjoy watching a recent movie in the open air cinema Oboulaba. We have quite a good range of films : cartoons, drama and adventures. There are even films in their original version.

Craft village :

Open in the morning and in the afternoon, the craft village welcomes, in the inner courtyard, artists wishing to express their talents in different fields :

- Porcelain painting
- Charcoal nude drawing workshops
- Pebble painting
- Sewing

We all have things made by our children for mothers‘day or birthdays, but these ones are really unique, a real souvenir from the CHM.
