Being at the CHM means being a naturist, but it also means abiding by the fundamental values of naturism such as nudity, respect for yourself, others, and the environment.
Below are some basic recommendations to be gracefully respected at the CHM:

RESPECT FOR NUDITY
- At the beach, at the pool, in the showers "naturist dress" (total nudity) is required.
- Elsewhere in the CHM the fashionable style is "naturist dress"!
- If weather, hygiene, or safety conditions require clothing to be worn, dress with sobriety: Loose clothes or sportswear.
- Respect the view of naturists who are made uncomfortable by the presence of clothed people and let'sleave the following in our suitcases: Swimming costumes, bikinis, g-strings, and other accessories that are useless at the CHM…as "show" is not important and let us not forget that eroticism has nothing to do with naturism.
- Parents, please be persuasive with the younger members of the family so that they also respect the "naturist dress code", despite the temptation to look for the protection or finery of clothing.

RESPECT FOR YOURSELF AND FOR OTHERS (as "naturism" also goes with "good citizenship")
Living naturism at theCHM is to live in freedom. Freedom which is first of all to accept and respect the rules that guarantee the freedom of others.
- Safety for our children means limiting the use of motor vehicles and speed,
- Let us make our children responsible whilst on their bicycles to reduce the number of accidents,
- Avoid smoking in inappropriate public places and certain nature areas, and above all, pick up cigarette butts,
- Turn down the volume of the radio, whether in the car or on your plot
- Avoid talking loudly in all circumstances and more specifically when night has fallen,
- Respect the equipment made available and the infrastructures of the centre.

LIVING WITH NATURE
Living close to nature also means taking care to preserve the environment in general:
- Use the dustbins made available around the centre for the sorting of waste,
- Keep the Centre calm,
- Respect the dune area and do not leave any rubbish there,
- Use a cigarette end box at the beach,
- Save water whenever possible.
As we are all concerned, let's work together for the LONGEVITY OF NATURISM AT THE CHM AND THE PRESERVATION OF ITS DEEP-SEATED VALUES. The CHM has always been the symbol of naturism and, thanks to us, it should remain as such.
Have a great stay at the CHM!
